Note from Everything provided was helpful. The outdoor area to porch could use some tidying up or power washing. Downstairs fridge needs to be cleaned out as well. But stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our time!

Hi Maria, I just wanted to send you a private note with a couple of minor suggestions that I think could make future guests’ stays even better.

There are quite a few light switches throughout the house, and we found ourselves a little confused trying to figure out which switches controlled which lights. A small guide or labels for the switches could be really helpful.

Also, the bedroom door next to the bathroom wouldn’t close all the way during our stay, so you may want to have someone take a look at it. Other than those small items, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I cannot say enough great things about this property! Access to the river was so great, and we loved the shallow lounge and deep swimming options.

Hey! Property was amazing. We loved it. Kitchen was truly stocked! Thank you so much for answering all questions. Just a few things, the cabana was in disarray when we arrived. Pretty dirty and the privacy blinds looked they had taken a beating. It would’ve been nice if it was cleaner.

The AC was off when we arrived in the late evening so it was over 80 degrees in the house after lugging up all the stuff and the remote to the fan in the living area was never found.

House cooled off pretty quick but maybe like having the ac all the way off when people check out is not the play. The front door didn’t shut completely unless you locked it. It would blow open. I don’t know if you are aware so just wanted to share!
